Okay, to be honest, these aren’t the prettiest cupcakes I’ve seen… BUT I can promise you one thing, they are the best one I’ve ever tasted. And believe me, I’ve had a few in my life, haha. I’ve always been a big cupcake fan but it’s not until a few years back I realized how to make the best one. I actually have a special little trick I always do, that will make your cupcakes crispy on the outside, and SUPER moist on the inside.
Recipe: The most amazing moist chocolate cupcake
- 2 eggs
- 0,8 cups (=2 dl) sugar
- 100 g melted butter
- 2 teaspoons (=2 tsk) vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoons (=4 msk) cocoa
- 0,8 cups (=2 dl) flour
- 1 teaspoon (=1 tsk) baking powder
Put the oven on 400 °F (=200 °C).
Mix eggs and sugar (just a little bit) and then add the rest of the ingredients. Taste the batter, AMAZING, huh?! Put you are not done yet..
Fill the wrappers and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes (the surface should look done but when you shake them a little bit you can see they are still super moist).
Step 4: The secret
Put them in the fridge over the night (or just a few hours if you can’t wait). But I promise you, they will taste AMAZING the other day. They will be firm but SUPER moist. And I’m warning you, once you’ve tasted these, you will become really picky when it comes to cupcakes 🙂
Okay, just looking at these pics makes me wan’t to make more of them (of course I already ate them all..). What I would recommend you to do if you are going to let someone else taste them (promise, once you’ve had them you want to have them for yourself), is to add raspberries on top and icing sugar. That’ll make them look better!0
