Do you also think it’s tricky to find the perfect “thanks for having me” gift when going on a party or dinner? Welcome to the club… Even though flowers and wine always is appreciated , adding a little extra to the packaging never hurts. Therefore I figure a cute flower bouquet bag will be a little bit more special than just handing the flowers in the plastic they’re sold in.

What you need for the flower bouquet bag
Time to make the base! Cut the paper in the size you want the flower bag to be, but make sure to add about 1 inch since you need room for the staples.
Fold every side.
Staple together one of the sides with the other.
Cut the ribbon so you have two pieces of the same length. Staple both of them on to the paper.
Staple the last lengths together. This might be a little bit tricky since you have to staple on the inside of the bag (you don’t want the staples to be seen).
Remove all the “left over” paper.
Add the letters! I decided to write a simple “thank you” note on mine.
And here we have it! Do you like it? This was an idea of an easy DIY thanks for having me gift that spiced up the flowers a little bit. It was really easy to make and didn’t require much supplies! Use whichever paper you have, and if you don’t have a stapler, I’m sure glue works just as good 🙂1
